Here are a few of the intriguing book reviews I've found around the Internet this week:
The Last Camellia by Sarah Jio -- review at 2 Kids and Tired Books. I tend to like books that go back and forth between present and past, especially when there's a mystery involved! The last book I enjoyed that uses this narrative style was The Forgotten Garden by Kate Morton. Fabulous book.
The Age of Miracles by Karen Thompson Walker -- review at The 3 R's Blog. The description of this one reminds me a bit of Life As We Knew It by Susan Beth Pfeffer. I really enjoyed that one.
Life After Life by Kate Atkinson -- see the review that caught my eye at As Usual, I Need More Bookshelves. Sounds kind of like Groundhog Day!
Have you read any of these? Would you recommend them? What other books have you found this week?
